Cryogenic Electronics
Cryogenic microwave sources for scaling up qubit numbers
Scaling quantum computers to large numbers of qubits requires control electronics that operate at cryogenic temperatures, eliminating the need for complex wiring between room temperature and millikelvin stages.
We develop cryogenic microwave sources based on tunnel diode oscillators (TDOs), achieving amplitude stability superior to commercial room-temperature sources.
Key topics:
- Tunnel diode oscillator (TDO) based microwave sources
- Cryogenic signal generation and amplification
- Integration with qubit control systems
